We accept returns for dirt bikes purchased directly from jolvora.com within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice).
Items showing signs of use, modification, installation, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Dirt bikes that have been assembled, used, or altered in any way.
Products sold as final sale or during clearance promotions.
Gift cards or digital/downloadable items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the return is due to reasons other than product defect or seller error.

If your dirt bike arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, JOLVORA will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
